1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the USA.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

Wild River LLC. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
